The Company had provided facility to the Members for remote e-voting through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of EGM. We understand that NSDL's server is down and hence the Scrutinizer is unable to unblock the votes casted by the Members through the e-voting platform of NSDL.
The voting results along with the Scrutinizer's Report shall be submitted as and when the same is downloaded from NSDL's website.
