Approved, pursuant to the Regulations 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2018, duly reviewed by the Statutory Auditors along with the copy of Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30 September 2018, issued by them.
Further, the Meeting commenced at 1200 Hours and concluded at 1650 Hours.
