the Company has fixed 20.09.2018 as the Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their votes electronically (i.e. through remote e-voting or through poll at AGM, in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 29.09.2018.
The e-voting period will commence from 9.00 A.M. on 26.09.2018 and will end at 5.00 P.M. on 28.09.2018. The Company is availing e-voting services of the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
