This is to inform you that the 215th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday the 12 November 2018 at 01.00 PM., inter-alia to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2018.
We further inform you that in terms of the Himadri's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and connected persons (including their immediate relatives) from 5 November 2018 to 14 November 2018 (both days inclusive).
The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's Un-audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
