Further as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading window of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 24th September, 2018 to Wednesday, 31st October 2018 (both days inclusive) for prevention and misuse of price sensitive information.
The Directors and Connected Persons of the Company shall not be allowed to trade in securities of the Company during the said period.
