    1. Appointment of M/s. Suresh C. Maniar & Co, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 110663W) as Statutory Auditors to fill up the casual vacancy, caused due to resignation of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP.
