    Further to the intimation made by the Company on August 07, 2018, regarding Postponement of 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on August 08, 2018, we would be like to inform you as under:
    The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the FY-2017-18 is re-scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th September, 2018 at 2.00 P.M. at Welcome Hotel (Formerly 'Hotel Chola'),Cathedral Road, Chennai - 600086.
    A Re-scheduled AGM Notice is being dispatched (including by e-mail) to the members of the Company on 16th August, 2018.
