Board has declared Interim Dividend @ 100% (i.e. Rs. 2.00 per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs.2/- each) amounting total outflow of Rs.11.81 Crores (inclusive of Corporate Dividend Tax). The Record date for the purpose of Interim dividend has been fixed as February 26, 2018. The payment of Interim dividend shall be made within 30 days of its declaration.

The Record Date for the purpose of the payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend has been fixed on February 26, 2018 and the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed as on Record Date for the purpose of payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend.
