With reference to the above cited subject,
We would like to state as under:-
Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd. has entered into an 'Agreement to Sell' its fixed assets comprising of Land and Building situated at Survey no.49,CTS No. 792(pt) of village Atladra, Taluka Vadodara, District - Gujarat - 390012 for a total consideration of Rs. 26 crores (Twenty Six Crores only) with M/s. Shiwalaya Associates, Vadodara.
The proceeds of the sale will be fully utilized to reduce a part of the total loan exposure of HDFC Bank Ltd. The full consideration of the sale proceeds shall be received on the completion & execution of the Sale Deed.
