Board at its meeting held on 19.07.2018 has authorised Company to make first call on its partly paid up equity shares issued pursuant to rights issue ('Rights Equity Shares'), held by shareholders on record date in accordance with Letter of Offer dated 01.02.2018 ('Letter of Offer'), Companies Act, rules & regulations framed by SEBI & other applicable laws. In connection with payment of first call money, Board has fixed 31.07.2018, as Record Date for determining entitlement of shareholders to whom call notices will be dispatched for payment of first call. An amount of Rs. 36 (being 15% of Issue Price of Rights Equity Shares) payable per Rights Equity Shares on first call includes Re. 0.30 as face value & Re. 35.70 as premium.
