(A)In Compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, enclosed please find the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017 along with Copy of the Limited Review Report on the aforesaid results issued by M/s. Singhi & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company.
The said unaudited Financial Results was recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 13th February, 2018. The Limited Review Report was also adopted by the Board at the said meeting.
