The Board of Directors of FDC Limited, a company listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, has approved a buyback of its fully paid up Equity Shares through tender offer route in its meeting held on February 07, 2018. The Company proposes to buyback 34,30,000 (Thirty Four Lakh Thirty Thousand only) Equity Shares of face value Re. 1 each for a consideration of Rs. 350 (Rupees Three Hundred Fifty only) per Equity Share for an aggregate consideration of upto Rs. 120.05 crores (Rupees One Hundred Twenty Crore and Five Lakh only), which constitutes 9.50% of the total Paid up share capital and Free Reserves as per the audited standalone financial statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017).
