However, due to reasons beyond our control, this AGM is deferred to a later date which will be intimated to you in due course.
Accordingly, the dates of book closure from 10-08-2018 to 14-08-2018 stands cancelled and fresh dates will be announced as soon as the date of AGM is crystalised.
