    Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3)(b)(i) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company opts to submit unaudited quarterly and year to date financial results on Standalone basis during the financial year 2018-19.

    In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 33 (3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will submit annual audited Consolidated results with you along with annual Standalone audited financial results.
