Further to the aforementioned payment the Company has received a letter of 'Settlement of Dues' dated 24th August, 2018 inter alia confirming receipt of the entire outstanding dues and closure of entire outstanding debt owed by the Company to Export Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank).
