Further as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading window of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 2nd August, 2018 to Saturday, 11th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for prevention and misuse of price sensitive information.
All Employees / Directors and Connected Persons to the Company shall not be allowed to trade in securities of the Company during the said period. |
