| Exchange Received Time 23/07/2018 13:03:38 Exchange Disseminated Time 23/07/2018 13:03:43 Time Taken 00:00:05 | This is to inform you that the Company had sent reminder letters to the concerned shareholders for updating their permanent Account Number and Bank account details against their physical shareholding in terms of mandatory requirements under the Securities and Exchange Board of India circular No. SEBI/HO/DOP1/CIR/P/2018/73 dated April 20, 2018 and also requested all the shareholders holing physical securities to go for dematerialization of their physical shareholding at the earliest as the amended Regulation 40 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, vide Gazette Notification dated June 8, 2018, has mandated transfer of securities to be carried out in dematerialization form only with effect from December 5, 2018.
Copy of the said reminder letter is enclosed as Annexure herewith.
