Pursuant to the provisions of section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is pleased to provide members facility to exercise their right to vote at the 81st Annual General Meeting by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).E-voting period begins on 26st September 2018(9.00 AM) & ends on 28th September,2018(5.00 PM)and the cut-off date is fixed on 21st September, 2018.
