1. To consider issue of Warrants on preferential basis to the Promoters /Promoters Group entities of the Company ;
2. To consider and approve draft notice for conducting extra-ordinary general meeting of the Company with respect to the above referred matter pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. Matters incidental and ancillary to the above and any other matter as the Board may decide during the course of the meeting.
Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from Monday, April 9, 2018 to Monday, April 16, 2018, for the Directors, Officers and all the designated Employees of the Company.
