    Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be convened on Tuesday, April 10th ,2018, for considering various fund raising options for the company, as the Board may deem appropriate.

    Further, Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window shall remain closed from 3rd April, 2018 to 12th April, 2018 (Both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and all the designated employees of the company for prevention of insider trading.
