Board meeting held on today (30th August, 2018) had inter-alia considered and approved the followings;
1. Appointment of Sri.Ashwin Chandran (DIN 00001884) as an additional director of the Company with effect from 1st September, 2018 with an intention to appoint him as an Independent Non Executive Director for a period of five years subject to approval of the shareholders.
