| Exchange Received Time 16/03/2018 15:45:56 Exchange Disseminated Time 16/03/2018 15:46:01 Time Taken 00:00:05 | | We would like to inform you that, with a view to increase the Public Shareholding in Inox Wind Limited ('Company') to meet the minimum public shareholding requirements in terms of Rule 19(2) and Rule 19A of Securities Contracts Regulations Rules, 1957 (SCRR) read with Clause 38 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 the Board of Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (the 'Seller'), the Promoter of the Company, has today approved an Offer for Sale ('OFS') through stock exchange mechanism of an aggregate of 1,35,61,331 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each representing 6.11% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company. The OFS would open on 19th March, 2018 for Non-Retail investors only and on 20th March, 2018 for Retail investors and those Non-Retail investors who choose to carry forward their bids, through a separate window provided by the BSE Limited & the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (the 'Stock Exchanges') for this purpose. In addition, we have also taken note of Promoter Group of the Company offering 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 4.51% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company in the OFS for the above said purpose. |
