Company vide resolution dated April 13, 2012 has allotted 41,151 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain employees including 19,926 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to Bank of New York Mellon as a Depository in connection with the issuance of 9,963 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) to foreign based option holders pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options granted to them under the Company's Stock Option Plan.
