The Company has fixed September 21, 2018 as the Cut- Off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the shareholders holding of shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses transacted at the 5th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 as well as voting at the said AGM. The voting period would begin on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 9.00 AM and end on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 5.00 PM. |
