This is in continuation to the compliance of Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for submission of compliance certificate, certifying compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the half year ended on March 31, 2018 duly signed by both the Compliance Officer and the authorised representative of the Share Transfer Agent submitted on 10.04.2018 that there was a typing error in the earlier cerficate. The same has been rectified by the Share Transfer Agent and has been obtained and is enclosed herewith.
