Further to our intimation dated 9th October, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III Part A, it is informed that the Comptroller & Auditor General of India informed vide letter No./CA.V/COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, BALAWC (4)/224 dated 23rd July, 2018 has appointed the Statutory Auditors and Branch Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19. The aforesaid appointment was taken on record at the Board Meeting held on Monday, 12th November, 2018. The letter of C&AG in this respect containing the details of appointment of the said auditor is attached herewith.
