Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board at its meeting held today has appointed Mr. Guillaume Texier (Director Identification No. 05103331) as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f July 27, 2018. Pursuant to sub-section (1) of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, Mr. Guillaume Texier will hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company has received necessary disclosures received from him regarding his appointment as a Director. The Board further confirms that Mr. Mr. Guillaume Texier is not debarred or disqualified for the said appointment.
