All the five Independent Directors were present at the meeting.
The Independent Directors in the Meeting held today:
1. Reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole.
2. Reviewed the performance of the Chairperson of the Company, taking into account the views of Non-Executive Directors.
3. Assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of the flow of information between the Company's management and the Board.
The Independent Directors' Meeting started at 11:30 A.M. on March 27, 2018 and ended at 12.40 P.M. on the same day.
