In terms of the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Stock Exchange is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 26, 2018, has discussed and resolved the following alongwith other matters:

1. Proposal for investment of Rs.40 Crore for installation of Incinerator at Distillery Plant, Nanglamal Sugar Complex, Nanglamal, Meerut.

2. To explore the possibility of disposing of its operating chemical manufacturing unit Siel Chemical Complex (SCC) located at Rajpura, Distt. Patiala, Punjab in order to ensure long term financial stability of the Company.
