    Notice is hereby given that the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27th September, 2018 at 05.30 P.M. at Plot No. E-225, Phase-VIII B, Industrial Area, Focal Point, Mohali

    Further, we have to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchange, that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Sunday, i.e. 23rd September, 2018 to Thursday i.e. 27th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 16th Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th September, 2018.
