The Company has been further informed that pursuant to and in terms of the aforesaid Order, all existing agreements to which Karvy Computershare is a party, including Tripartite agreements entered into by the Company with Karvy Computershare, shall remain in full force and effect as if Karvy Fintech has been a party thereto.
We request you to take note of the same & update in your records the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited, as Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company in respect of Equity Shares of the Company.
