As intimated earlier that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting duly held on 21st September, 2017 and Shareholders vide Postal Ballot Resolution dated December 17, 2017, have given their approval to enter into pre-emptive option agreements to be executed by the Promoter entity with the Lender(s), and subsequent to the Settlement Agreements entered between SICOM Limited and the Company on October 18, 2017 and Standard Chartered Bank and the Company on 23rd February, 2018.
We, M/s. A2Z INFRA ENGINEERING LTD. inform you that the Promoter entity, M/s Mestric Consultants Private Limited, has entered into Pre-Emptive Option agreements with Standard Chartered Bank ('SCB') and SICOM Limited ('SICOM') on 23rd February, 2018 and 26th February, 2018 respectively, for purchasing the agreed numbers of issued shares at the issued price from SCB and SICOM as per the terms mentioned in the said agreements.
