He will be taking up another role within the Bharti Group.
Further, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 22, 2018 have appointed Mr. S. Balasubramanian as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. August 10, 2018.
The details as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 are enclosed as 'Annexure A'.
