Further please note that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2018 to July 27, 2018 (both day inclusive) for the purpose of 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2017-2018, to be held on July 27, 2018.
