Karvy Fintech Private Limited with effect from 17th November, 2018.
It has also been informed that pursuant to the NCLT Order all the existing agreements to which KCPL is a party including the agreements entered into by the Company shall be in full force and vest with M/s. Karvy Fintech Private Limited. The address of the premises of M/s. Karvy Fintech Private Limited at Hyderabad remain same.
We request you to take note of the same and update the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited as the Share Transfer Agents of the Company in all your records. |
