This is to put to your kind information that pursuant to Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 there has been no Deviation or Variation in the use of Proceeds from the Object stated in the Offer Document.

The Company had raised fund through IPO amounting to Rs. 3007.50 Lac and out of the said funds Rs. 30.64 Lac have been used towards issue expenses, Rs. 634.40 Lac have been kept in Fixed Deposits to be utilized for General Corporate purpose and balance has been utilized towards Working Capital Requirement.

The above utilization have been discussed and taken on record in the Audit Committee Meeting and the same was disclosed in Note No. 5 of Six Months Unaudited Financial Statement filed with the Exchange on 03/11/2018, bearing Acknowledgement No. 403390.
