The Company vide its letter dated 23 February 2018 had intimated about postal ballot and e-voting to be conducted by the Company along with the Postal Ballot Notice. The voting period commenced on 26 February 2018 and concluded on 27 March 2018. The voting results were declared and intimated to the stock exchanges on 28 March 2018.
In continuation to the above, please find enclosed new Articles of Association adopted by the members of the Company.
Further, pursuant to the approval of the members, the Company has commenced operations of Nesco Foods and Nesco Events as divisions of Nesco.
