1) Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018.
2) Consider and approve the Audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
3) Consider and recommend the dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors/Officers/Designated employees of the Company from 9th April, 2018 until the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on 16th April, 2018.
