Pursuant to Reg. 30(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Friday, February 16, 2018, has accepted the resignation of Shri Suresh Nagarajan pursuant to his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company due to personal reasons.
It is further informed that Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Friday, February 16, 2018, has given the additional responsibility of CFO to Shri N. Venugopala Rao, who is currently the WTD and CEO of the Company. The above additional appointment comes into effect immediately. Shri Rao has been earlier associated as CFO of the Company.
Shri Rao, a MBA in Finance & Marketing, is a power sector professional with over 36 years of experience with a blend of Project Development, Project Finance, Planning, Finance and Accounts. Shri Rao is not in any way related to any of the Directors of the Company.
