With reference to the applicable provisions of Securities And Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that in terms of the provisions of Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has obtained approval from the Registrar of Companies, Pune (Maharashtra) for extension of time for holding 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, by a period of 1 (One) month i.e. up to 31st October, 2018, for the Financial Period ended on 31st March, 2018.

Accordingly, the 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on 30th October, 2018.
