Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015).The Company, at its meeting held on 19 September 2018, has appointed Shri Sriram Subbramaniam as Company Secretary with effect from 1 October 2018 in place of Smt. Vallari Kedar Gupte (since resigned) and has authorised him with effect from that date for the purpose of determining materiality of events and also for the purpose of making disclosures to the stock exchange(s).The other authorized officials for the purpose of determining materiality and making disclosures under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 remain unchanged.
