    The Audit Committee and Board of Directors in their respective meeting held on 27.6.2018, has approved the appointment of Sri S Seshadri, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 27.6.2018, under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, in the place of vacancy caused due to the death of Chief Financial Officer Sri C S Balakumar.
