This is in continuation to our letter dated September 14, 2018 on the subject.
This is to inform you that in the case of Amrapali Group pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, we are now in receipt of the relevant daily orders of the court wherein the Hon'ble Court has appointed NBCC (India) Limited to develop the projects.
Further NBCC has been permitted to float the tenders and go ahead with preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and also to submit the detailed proposals, terms and conditions before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
The matter is still subjudice with the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
The aforesaid information is also disclosed on the website of the company
