Dividend: The Board Recommended a Dividend of Re. 1.00 (Rupee One Only )per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the FY ended 31.03.2018.
The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from 21st July,2018 to 7th August,2018 both days inclusive.
AGM - The Board decided that 138th AGM of the Members of the Company would be held on Tuesday, 7th August, 2018 at Yashwantrao Chavan Center Auditorium, General Jagannathrao Bhonsle Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021.
