Haribhakti & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants have resigned as Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from 15th June 2018 vide their letter dated 15th June, 2018.
Due to proposed internal restructuring in the Audit Firm the Company has opted for an early rotation. M/s. Haribhakti & Co. LLP, have conveyed their no objection in appointing another Statutory Auditors of the company for the Financial Year 2018-2019.
