Post such allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.38,89,85,484/- divided into 19,44,92,742 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each to Rs. 38,90,70,462/- divided into 19,45,35,231 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each.
