HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is further to the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on September 5, 2018 approving the issue of equity shares of the Company of face value ? 1 each ('Equity Shares') by way of a rights issue to the existing shareholders of the Company as on the record date for an amount not exceeding ? 500 crores in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended and other applicable laws (the 'Issue').
