1.Shri Shreekant Bhandiwad, Dy. General Manager of Canara Bank, has been appointed as an Additional Director and Deputy Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 28/04/2018 for a tenure upto 3 years. He has also been designated as the Key Managerial Personnel. The above appointment is subject to approval/ratification by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Director is not related to any other Director on the Board of the Company.
2.Smt Shamila M, Dy. General Manager of the Company has been designated as the Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f. 28/04/2018. Smt Shamila M, DGM, is not related to any Directors of the Company.
