Post divestment of the Fertilisers business and in order to reflect the current business activities of the Company, based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on July 25, 2018, approved the revised segment reporting as under:

i. Basic Chemistry Products;
ii. Consumer Products;
iii. Specialty Products

The aforementioned change will be reflected in the Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018.
