SHR & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, the existing Statutory Auditors of the Company have expressed their unwillingness to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the 121st Annual General Meeting.
The Board has at its meeting held today i.e 29th May, 2018, recommended the appointment of M/s. Arunkumar K. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday the 20th August, 2018.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, are given in the enclosed Annexure.
